Grown in the highlands of Cau Dat – Da Lat, at elevations of approximately 1,500–1,650 metres above sea level, the Arabica coffee cherries ripen slowly in the region’s cool mountain climate. These distinctive growing conditions help develop the refined aroma, natural sweetness, and depth of flavour characteristic of high-grown Arabica.

At harvest, ripe red coffee cherries are carefully selected to help ensure quality and consistency before processing. Each batch is then roasted to a Dark Roast, developing a fuller body, deeper roasted notes, and a more pronounced flavour while preserving the refined character of Arabica.
